Today was another no school day, this time because of conferences. So everyone watched Reading Rainbow. Rowan only for about 5 minutes, otherwise no one else can hear because he talks so loud.
Then Conor, Ellie, Jon and I went to conferences. Don and Cathy were visiting Jack and Pat, so Rowan stayed home with four grown-ups, who I'm sure never let him touch the ground. Conferences went well, of course. I did learn how both of them completed this sentence: My Mom is ______. Conor went with "pretty". (Duh.) Ellie went with "tired". The truth hurts.
