So the computer with all of our pictures on it has died. Well, maybe not died, but it certainly smelled like it was burning up inside. Jon's pretty sure it's fixable, but until the magic part arrives, no posts. I'm still taking pictures though, so one of these days, you'll have a lot of catching up to do. Until then, however, you can all stop dropping hints about the frequency of my posting! :)

Ellie and I went with friends to a UNI volleyball game. We had so much fun - I'll be going again for sure!

Before the game, the girls got to give high fives to the starters. That's them in the green dress and gray sweatshirt. I'd never noticed there was such a height difference (for girls born one day apart) until I took this picture.

We got to see this Ellie play. Before she served, the announcer would say "Heeeeere's Ellie!" I've decided that's how I'll greet our Ellie each morning. I don't think she's impressed.

Just one complaint though. Next time, Dad, do you think maybe you could get us better seats?

Rowan and I filled the cinnamon-sugar shaker, and therefore had to test it out on some toast for lunch. He informed me that "this tastes much better than I thought it would".

Rowan doesn't have much interest in developing fine motor skills unless it involves Conor and legos. So this coloring thing is pretty rare.

I'm a little behind on the green chair pictures, but this is 3 (ish) Rowan compared to 10 months Rowan.

Recently Rowan and I made a trip to Target. Quite clearly and loudly, he carried on this monologue:

Hey, Mom. If it only costed two bucks, we would go to Cancun lots and lots. And I would see lots of hot chicks. And Dad would say "Hey hot chicks, this is Rowan." Then the hot chicks would say "Oh, Rowan, you're so cute!"
Yeah, he's been hanging out with his Dad a lot lately.

Ellie had to get a tooth pulled on Monday. (See the grown up tooth that's halfway in? The pulled tooth was behind that one.) She was a little nervous on the way there, but after settling in to watch High School Musical, and a little grape scented laughing gas, she was fine. She even told me on the way home that the whole thing was kind of fun.
