Cancun prep #267: Try to get this girl excited about flying on a plane to a beach in Mexico with her cousins. It's difficult.

Friday night was our Parks and Rec Father/Daughter dance. Ellie has vehemently opposed going in past years, so we were surprised when she was excited about the flyer this year. Jon? Not as excited.
They had a very good time, from what I've heard. They danced, talked to Ellie's friends, and hung out with her best-friend-from-the-neighborhood.

Ellie's homework location choice for the past few weeks is Jon's desk. It's usually a bit crowded, but her brothers can't crowd her there.
